Apartment Homes For Rent

**Concession Terms and Conditions** Concessions are available only on qualifying 12- or 14-month lease terms and apply to **base rent only**. Leasing specials may be applied to a future month’s rent as specified in the Lease Contract or applicable concession addendum. Concessions are offered only on select apartment homes and are subject to availability. Specials, amounts, qualifying units, and lease-term requirements may change or be withdrawn at any time. Please contact a leasing agent for current availability and details. Any concession provided under the Lease Contract or concession addendum is expressly conditioned upon Resident remaining in full compliance with all terms of the Lease Contract, including the timely payment of rent, utilities, fees, charges, and all other amounts owed. If Resident has any past-due or outstanding balance at any time during the lease term, including, but not limited to, unpaid rent, utilities, late fees, damage charges, or any other amounts due under the Lease Contract, **all past, remaining or future concessions shall immediately terminate and be forfeited**, without further notice from Owner. Upon termination or forfeiture of a concession, Resident shall be responsible for the full base rent stated in the Lease Contract for all remaining months of the lease term, regardless of the concession schedule originally offered. Owner’s acceptance of rent, partial payments, or other amounts after a default shall not reinstate any forfeited concession and shall not constitute a waiver of Owner’s rights under the Lease Contract or any applicable addendum. Please refer to the Lease Contract and applicable concession addendum for complete terms and conditions.
